Terms of Use
These terms explain how Perspective Navigator works, what Perspective Alignment Coaching does and does not provide, and what remains in your control.
Last Updated: July 25, 2026
Perspective Navigator is owned and operated by Digital Efficiency Consulting Group (“DECG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using PerspectiveNavigator.com, accessing our resources, scheduling a conversation, or participating in Perspective Alignment Coaching, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website and services.
1. Who We Are and What We Provide
DECG provides Perspective Alignment Coaching, workshops, assessments, educational resources, and related professional services. These services are designed to help individuals and groups notice assumptions, understand differing viewpoints, improve communication, clarify decisions, and identify possible actions.
2. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Licensed Professional Advice
Perspective Alignment Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or human-resources advice. It does not diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition.
You are responsible for seeking help from a qualified licensed professional when clinical, medical, legal, financial, employment, safety, or emergency concerns are involved.
3. No Emergency or Crisis Services
DECG does not provide emergency or crisis services. Do not use this website, email, contact forms, or coaching communications for urgent medical, mental health, safety, or emergency needs. Contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.
4. Your Decisions Remain Your Responsibility
We may help you examine perspectives, assumptions, options, and possible next steps. You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, communications, relationships, business choices, and outcomes.
DECG does not manage your employees, direct your family members, make decisions on your behalf, or require you to follow any particular recommendation.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We aim to provide thoughtful, practical, and useful coaching. However, we cannot guarantee any specific personal, professional, relational, financial, operational, or performance outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including participation, communication, timing, circumstances, and decisions made by you or others.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- Participate honestly and respectfully.
- Use your own judgment before acting on any discussion, resource, observation, or coaching insight.
- Respect the privacy, safety, and legal rights of other people.
- Comply with applicable laws, workplace rules, contracts, and professional obligations.
- Tell us when an issue requires licensed clinical, legal, medical, financial, or other specialized support.
7. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only to provide services, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal obligations. Confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by law, necessary to address a credible safety concern, authorized by you, or otherwise permitted by the applicable agreement.
Group coaching, team workshops, and shared sessions involve other participants. DECG may request confidentiality from participants, but cannot guarantee how another participant will handle information shared in a group setting.
8. Assessments and Educational Tools
Any questionnaire, perspective check, reflection tool, scoring method, report, or assessment offered through the website is intended for coaching, reflection, or educational purposes. It is not a clinical, psychological, diagnostic, employment-selection, or legally validated instrument unless expressly stated in writing.
9. Fees, Scheduling, Cancellation, and Scope
Fees, payment terms, session length, scheduling expectations, cancellation rules, deliverables, and engagement scope will be described in the applicable proposal, booking page, Statement of Work, coaching agreement, or written confirmation.
If the scope, schedule, participants, or requested services change, DECG may require a revised agreement or additional fees before continuing.
10. Intellectual Property
DECG retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, assessments, questions, templates, documents, visuals, exercises, website content, training materials, and other proprietary work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may use materials provided to you for your own internal, personal, or organizational purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, license, teach, distribute, or create derivative commercial materials from DECG content without written permission.
11. Testimonials
Testimonials reflect the experiences and opinions of the individuals providing them. They do not guarantee that another person will receive the same or similar results.
12. Website Content and Third-Party Links
Articles, examples, exercises, tools, and other website content are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They should not be treated as individualized professional advice.
This website may link to third-party websites or services. DECG does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for their content, availability, security, policies, or practices.

This includes loss of income, opportunity, relationships, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DECG, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or actions you take based on your own decisions.
