Awareness
Could there be another way to see this?
Awareness begins by discovering that every situation can be experienced through more than one perspective.
Perspective Alignment Coaching
The same situation looks different depending on where you're standing, and most of the time nobody tells you that. Perspective Alignment helps you see clearly, understand differently, and move forward with confidence.
THE POWER OF PERSPECTIVE
Everyone walks into every conversation carrying their own experiences, priorities, and responsibilities. That's not a flaw. It's human nature. The challenge begins when no one realizes they're looking at the same situation through different lenses. That's when decisions get harder, conversations get longer, and progress slows.
Perspective Alignment helps you see clearly, understand deeply, and move forward together.
The Perspective Alignment Journey
Awareness
Awareness begins by discovering that every situation can be experienced through more than one perspective.
Understanding
Every perspective has a story. Understanding begins by exploring the experiences, assumptions, and values that shape how we see the world.
Alignment
Alignment isn't about changing perspectives. It's about bringing them into focus so people can move forward with shared understanding.
Action
Action begins by using shared understanding to make intentional decisions, communicate clearly, and move forward together.
Results
When people begin seeing the same picture, trust grows, decisions become easier, and meaningful progress follows naturally.
Who This Helps
Perspective Alignment helps people understand what others are seeing, recognize where assumptions may be shaping the situation, reduce friction, and move forward with greater clarity. It can be especially helpful when you feel stuck, misunderstood, uncertain, frustrated, or simply unable to see a clear path forward at work, at home, in relationships, or in the communities you share.

Working with David helped me see something I thought I already knew, but wasn’t quite ready to see clearly. He created a space where I could slow down, quiet all the other voices, and ask myself a simple but powerful question: What do I actually want? And then say it out loud. That was bigger than I expected. I realized I don’t have to be the supporting character in my own story. I get to make choices based on what matters to me, not simply what others expect of me or what I think I’m supposed to do. Yes, there were tears. But they were the good kind, the kind that come when something finally clicks. I walked away with greater clarity, confidence, and a completely different perspective on what comes next. David didn’t give me the answer. He helped me see that it had been inside me all along. And for that, I am incredibly grateful.

When talking with David, he helped me see things about myself and my past relationships, whether with friends, family, or partners, that I wasn’t able to recognize on my own. I felt like I had been looking through only one lens instead of seeing the many perspectives that were in front of me. David helped me step back and see the whole picture. Through our conversations, I started to understand that putting myself first doesn’t mean ignoring the people around me or being selfish. It means being more aware of what I need, what I want, and how the relationships in my life are affecting me. I started asking myself a simple question: Is this good for me, or is it bringing me down? That question has stayed with me, and I now use it when thinking about the people and situations in my life. It has had a positive impact on my mental health and the way I approach relationships. That change in perspective has carried over into other areas of my life as well. I now have a job I genuinely enjoy, and I’ve learned to use perspective as a tool to better understand situations, make decisions, and navigate whatever comes next in my life as a young adult.

Working with David helped me step back and look at my role, my work environment, and even my relationship with my boss from a different perspective. I was very focused on doing my job well and being right, but I started to see that sometimes the issue isn’t whether you’re right. The company may have already made the decision, and your role is to understand the plan and execute it effectively. That shift helped me realize I don’t always have to be the main character in every situation. Sometimes the best thing I can do is slow down, understand the role I’m being asked to play, and look at the situation from someone else’s point of view before reacting. Since our conversations, I’ve noticed a difference in how I approach work and the people around me. I get along better in my environment, I take more time to consider other perspectives, and I’m more thoughtful about how I respond and make decisions. David helped me see that changing your perspective doesn’t mean giving up your position. Sometimes it just means seeing the bigger picture.

Frequently Asked Questions
Perspective Alignment Coaching is a guided conversation that helps you understand how you see a situation, what may be influencing that view, and what you may be missing. The goal is not to tell you what to think or what decision to make. It is to help you see the situation more clearly so you can decide what makes sense for you.
Almost anything where perspective may be getting in the way. That could be a relationship, a difficult conversation, a decision you keep going back and forth on, frustration at work, uncertainty about your next step, or simply a situation that does not make sense to you yet. Sometimes the issue is not the situation itself. It is the way we are seeing it.
Not at all. Many people start with something as simple as, “I know something feels off, but I cannot quite explain it.” That is enough. We can start there, ask questions, explore what is happening, and see what becomes clearer along the way.
Usually, no. You already have far more information about your life than I ever will. My role is to ask questions, challenge assumptions when needed, help you look at the situation from different angles, and give you a clearer mirror. The decision about what happens next is still yours.
You might. But understanding what someone is doing is not always the same as understanding why they see the situation the way they do. We can explore what you know, what you are assuming, and what other explanations may exist. Sometimes a small shift in understanding changes the entire conversation.
No. Perspective shows up everywhere. Work, relationships, family, friendships, major decisions, conflict, confidence, and even the way you see yourself can all be influenced by perspective. The process is designed around the situation you bring with you, wherever that situation happens to live.
Perspective Alignment Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. The work is focused on the situation in front of you: how you are interpreting it, what other perspectives may exist, what can be better understood, and what you want to do next. If something belongs in a clinical setting, that is an important distinction and should be treated that way.
We have a simple conversation about what is going on and what brought you here. You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable sharing. I will ask a few questions, we will look at where perspective may be playing a role, and you can decide whether continuing the conversation feels useful. There is no pressure to arrive with the perfect explanation.
That can happen, and it can actually be useful. The goal is not to prove that you were right or wrong. It is to understand what you were seeing, what information shaped that view, and what you see now. Changing your perspective does not erase what you experienced. It simply gives you more information to work with.
Yes. These conversations are intended to give you a private place to think, talk, question, and explore without feeling judged. Confidentiality expectations, boundaries, and any necessary exceptions are discussed clearly before coaching begins so you know what to expect.
